Recruitment Process

Below our Recruitment Process steps:

  1. Job Description obtained from client either via email or telephone.
  2. Positions are assigned to one of SMT’s qualified Recruitment Consultants.
  3. Client contacted in order to fully assess their requirements.
  4. Candidate search commence.
  5. Up to date and detailed CV’s obtained and assessed against the Job Description.
  6. Initial telephonic interviews taken by qualified consultants.
  7. Candidates are skill tested in order to assess them again the job description.
  8. Applications submitted to client for consideration and arrangements made for interview.
  9. Followup with selected candidate and make sure the joining on time.
